The Dhekelia/Larnaca Civilian Briefing System is currently in MVP phase. No briefings have been published or archived yet.
Once briefings are published, this page will display:
- Chronological list of all published briefings (newest first)
- Issue ID, timestamp, severity level (LOW/MEDIUM/HIGH)
- Links to stable HTML pages:
/archive/{issue_id} - Downloadable PDF links:
/published/{issue_id}/download.pdf - Errata/retraction notices (if applicable)
Immutability: Once published, briefings cannot be edited. Corrections are made via ERRATA (separate PDF with banner) or full RETRACT (with reason).
Scheduled run slots: AM 07:00 Cyprus time (05:00 UTC), PM 19:00 Cyprus time (17:00 UTC), plus manual ad-hoc runs.
